Change is uncomfortable by design. But, it’s in this uncomfortable space that true transformation happens. I've built the first DTC digital product at UnitedHealthcare that had never been done before. I've stepped into organizations mid-transformation and helped steady the ship. I've championed AI adoption before it was necessary. What I know from all of it is this: the right guide at the right moment changes everything.
